I have been trained in numerous flavors and off-flavors found in beer. Knowledge of flavors both good and bad and where they come from allows a patron, server, salesperson, or brewer to properly evaluate a beer and determine if it’s okay to drink, serve, sell or if it should be sent back.

I can properly guide you to detect, recognize, and remember such flavors with the appropriate tools, environment, setting, and focus.
